Personally, I think the mouseover on the +/-/close buttons should look better in live blue/red (remove the black shade).
From the design point of view, this VS is very good. The only thing UNoriginal feature is that it is black. Sorry this is not a critic, but there are already many black VS out there. The value of this VS would be more noticeable if it has other colored themes.
Other than that, i would say that the shellstyle does not fit with the VS very good. Change the grey to the same black as the VS, and it will be good.
If you try to fix those things this VS will be perfect, in my opinion.
